Dor Eng. Group leases office floors in Tel Aviv. Every space on this site is represented by our own leasing team, so the areas, floor plans and availability you read here are the ones we work from.
What we do
Choosing a floor takes more than an address. For every building we lease, we keep the usable area, workstation count, room mix, floor plan and transport access in one place, so a management team can open a page and see within a few minutes whether forty people fit or whether they need to look a floor up.
After that we run the tours, put two or three spaces side by side on area and cost, sit in on the negotiation with the landlord, and stay involved through fit-out with the architects and contractors.
Who we work with
Most of our tenants are technology companies, law and accounting practices, finance teams and design studios. A few are international firms opening their first office in Israel. Requirements run from a 300 square metre floor to a full building. What they share is a central Tel Aviv address, and a decision made on numbers rather than on brochures.
